LITTLE RIVER HAS EMERGED AS ONE OF MIAMI’S MOST VIBRANT AND ECLECTIC NEIGHBORHOODS

Little River Miami

Little River Miami is a 25-acre neighborhood revitalization and urban infill development project. Beginning in 2014, MVW Partners assembled 100+ properties, thoughtfully curating tenancy and community with each building renovation while planning for additional ground-up development. Today, the neighborhood has been established as a significant and highly sought-after submarket within the City of Miami, and is known as a hub for best-in-class local talent in the F&B, cultural, and creative office communities.

In 2021, AJ Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in Little River from MVW Partners, who will remain the local partner for the next evolution of the area.

As warehouses continue to be renovated for commercial use, new tenants move into the neighborhood, including Vanity Projects, Bill Brady Gallery, Classic Motors, ISHINE365, Chris Oh and Barkhaus.
